- Eggleston Bullets currently offers hard cast lead bullets for those who hand load / re-load their brass.
- We do not currently sell loaded ammunition, if you have any questions about our products, send us an E-mail ([email protected]).
- Eggleston Bullets will attempt to ship all in-stock orders within 3 business days of purchase; however, shipping times may increase during periods of high demand. Pre-Orders will ship within 2 weeks. We cannot guarantee delivery times once the package has been sent to USPS.
- We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express.
- We are based out of Newcastle, CA and ship only within the U.S. California residents must pay sales tax based on their location.
- Prices shown on website are in United States Dollars (USD $).
- Items and packages damaged during shipment must be reported to [email protected] within 2 days receiving your package.
- Customers who wish to return the product for a refund must request a refund within 5 days of the receipt of package. All items to be returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee, items not returned in original, sealed packaging, missing items or showing signs of damage may be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee. Bullets being returned should be packed carefully to avoid further damage or loss in the mail.
- All orders are final once processed. Orders which have been fulfilled and shipped cannot be canceled, please contact us immediately to cancel an order if needed.
- Flat-rate shipping by USPS is used to minimize shipping costs for our customers.
- We recommend that all packages over $100 are shipped with insurance, to protect the customer from lost and damaged orders during shipping, and allow us to replace damaged or missing items quickly.
- Packages are always shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Customers who purchase pre-orders online will be required to pay upon submitting the order. Customers who purchase pre-orders via phone or email will be asked to submit payment when ordering. Orders must be paid in full before shipments are sent.
- Eggleston Bullets cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
- We may occasionally send promotional E-mails to customers who have created accounts with us; however, we will never give customer information to 3rd parties.
- Any questions or concerns can be sent to [email protected], we will attempt to respond to all E-mails in a timely manner.
